UK denied appeal in Algerian '9/11' case

THE British government has lost its court battle against a ruling that allowed an Algerian pilot wrongly accused of training the "9/11" hijackers to claim compensation, his lawyer said overnight. . . .

The decision means Mr Raissi, who is trained to fly Boeing 737 jets, could now see him paid millions of dollars in compensation for lost earnings, the lawyer said.

Rumsfeld: 'Why not another 9/11'

In a newly-released tape of a 2006 neocon luncheon meeting featuring former War Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, attended by ex-military "message force multiplier" propaganda shills Lt. General Michael DeLong, David L. Grange, Donald W. Sheppard, James Marks, Rick Francona, Wayne Downing, Robert H. Scales and others, Rumsfeld declared that the American people lack "the maturity to recognize the seriousness of the 'threats'" -- and need another 9/11.

When DeLong complained about a "lack of sympathetic ears" in Congress, and a lack of interest among the general American public, Rumsfeld responded, "What's to be done? The correction for that, I suppose, is another attack."

Extraordinary times, intentional collapse, and takedown of the USA

Can it be that the last stage of the U.S. takedown is “The Project for the New American Century”? Is this ambitious plan for “global leadership” through military might that was seemingly invented by the “neocons”—many with dual U.S.-Israeli citizenship—a Trojan Horse?

It certainly appears that with 9/11 as a pretext, the neocons suckered the U.S. into the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq as a means of military occupation of the Middle East . Certainly 9/11 and the Iraq invasion benefited Israel, as some Israeli politicians have frankly stated.

Were the neocons also acting on behalf of the financial controllers in London and elsewhere? And was one reason the neocons were so eager to engage in a “clash of civilizations” against the Islamic world the Koranic prohibition of usury which states, “Those who charge Usury are in the same position as those controlled by the devil's influence. This is because they claim that Usury is the same as commerce. However, God permits commerce, and prohibits Usury.” (Koran, Al-Baqarah 2:275)

Steven Jones calls for 9/11 criminal investigation

Based on evidence of what he believes is unignited thermite particles in debris collected within minutes after the collapse of the World Trade Center's first tower, retired BYU physicist Steven Jones called for a criminal investigation into the destruction of three World Trade Center high rises in a speech at a 9/11 conference in Boston.

A video of his presentation at the December 15, 2007 event is available.

Barrett will shake up District 3 race

Kevin Barrett, the 9/11 skeptic whose questioning of the official story of the 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon drew fire from politicians when he held a one-semester appointment as an associate lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is about to push back at the politicians.

Barrett plans to announce soon that he will run as a Libertarian candidate against U.S. Rep. Ron Kind, the La Crosse Democrat who has represented western Wisconsin's 3rd District since 1996.

Why has the US dropped 9/11 charges?

The American government has given no reason why charges against the man it has alleged was the "20th hijacker" in the 11 September 2001 attacks on the US have been dropped.

Mohammad al-Qahtani has been held at Guantanamo Bay since 2002, following his detention in Afghanistan.

In February, he was charged with conspiracy, terrorism, and murder in violation of the laws of war, among other offences.

The US alleges he attempted to come to the United States in order to take part in the 9/11 attacks, but was stopped at the airport on his arrival.

9/11 co-conspirators charges referred

The Defense Department announced today that charges against five of the six detainees who are alleged to be responsible for the planning and execution of the attacks upon the United States of America on September 11, 2001 have been referred to trial by military commission. Those attacks resulted in the death of 2,973 people, including 8 children. The referred charges detail 169 overt acts allegedly committed in furtherance of the 9/11 events. The accused will face trial in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

In accordance with the Military Commissions Act of 2006, the Convening Authority has the sole discretion to determine what charges will be referred to trial. In exercising her independent judgment, the Convening Authority, Ms. Susan Crawford, has referred to trial charges against Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, Ramzi Binalshibh, Ali Abdul Aziz Ali, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi.

Michael Moore’s next is another 9/11 movie!

It’s been long rumored but today it really does look like it’s happening.

American documentary film-maker Michael Moore has agreed a deal with Paramount Vantage and Overture Films (who are co-financing) to make a sequel to the highest grossing documentary of all time - Fahrenheit 9/11.

Moore is working on the movie right now (it’s long been said to be titled Fahrenheit 9/11 and a half) which will be released next year, . . .

To Foreign Exchange with Daljit Dhaliwal

Dear Ms Dhaliwal:

I believe that "Who Speaks for Islam" is an excellent reference, but when it comes to Islam and terrorism, Ms. Mogahed makes the same mistake she says news media makes.

You'll see why if you watch this video interview conducted during my 3-week, 9/11 lecture tour of South Africa.

It may lead you to rethink Islam and terrorism. (I don't expect you to air my views — it wouldn't be a good career move.)

Should you wish to contact me, I live in Arlington Virginia, and may be reached on 703-521-xxxx. This Friday, I will be giving my talk on 9/11 in Detroit.

9/11 'Truth Jihad' author running for Congress

Two years ago, the politicians wanted Kevin Barrett fired from his teaching job. Now Barrett is turning the tables. Barrett is calling on the voters to fire the politicians, starting with his own 3rd District Representative, Ron Kind.

"The Democrats were elected in 2006 to end the war," Barrett explains. "They failed. Ron Kind and the rest of them keep voting to throw our money into that five trillion dollar black hole in Iraq. That's why our economy is tanking and gas prices are through the roof. It's time to give the Democrats and the Republicans their walking papers. It's time to fire them all." Barrett will be running as a Libertarian and urging voters to throw all Republicans and Democrats out of office. He will be handing out copies of the new DVD Washington, You're Fired while he campaigns.

Barrett said he was inspired to run for Congress by three people: Jesse Ventura, the maverick independent who beat the Democrats and Republicans to become Governor of Minnesota; Ron Paul, the Republican presidential candidate and defender of freedom; and above all Ed Thompson, the mayor of Tomah. "If Ed were running against me, I'd definitely vote for Ed," Barrett admits.

Tale of Building 7's collapse suggests official complicity, persistent obstruction

Reputable scientists, engineers, architects and firemen with no political angle dispute the 9/11 Commission report and say that the evidence indicates the Twin Towers and Building 7 came down due to controlled-demolition explosions. Tests corroborate the presence of thermite, an explosive used in building demolitions, at the site of the Twin Towers and Building 7.

Thermite also explains the pools of molten steel in the basement, which no one has been able to otherwise explain and which the National Institute of Standards and Technology simply denies. . . .

Time magazine reported in September 2006 that 36 percent of Americans believe the government was complicit in 9/11. A Zogby poll reported that 51 percent of Americans want Congress to investigate 9/11 further.

Aviation companies blame FBI, CIA and terrorists for 9/11

"The aviation parties anticipate that the FBI witnesses' testimony will demonstrate that the FBI had information before Sept. 11 indicating that al-Qaida may have been about to launch terrorist attacks on civil aviation, which it did not timely pass along to the Federal Aviation Administration," lawyers wrote. . . .

In the lawsuit against the CIA, companies including American Airlines Inc., United Airlines Inc., US Airways Group Inc., Delta Air Lines Inc., Continental Airlines Inc. and The Boeing Co. are seeking to interview the deputy chief of the CIA's bin Laden unit in 2001, and an FBI special agent assigned to the unit at that time. The names of both are secret.
