Flight 77 door closed for entire flight
According to Flight Data provided by the NTSB, the Flight Deck Door was never opened in flight. How were the hijackers able to gain access to the cockpit, remove the pilots, and navigate the aircraft to the Pentagon if the Flight Deck Door remained closed?

Secret files show UK courts were misled over 9/11 suspect Lotfi Raissi
Rather than release Raissi when it emerged there was insufficient evidence to charge him, law enforcement officials in the UK colluded with the FBI to obtain a warrant for his extradition. There was no evidence to justify a warrant for terrorism, so Raissi was requested on charges relating to an allegation that he failed to disclose his knee surgery in a pilot application.

Flight 77: FBI exhibit contradicts Solicitor General's account of Barbara Olson's phone calls on 9/11
According to Marc Fisher and Don Phillips of the Washington Post, Barbara K. Olson called her husband twice in the final minutes. Her last words to him were, "What do I tell the pilot to do?"
"She called from the plane while it was being hijacked," said Theodore Olson — 42nd Solicitor General of the United States. "I wish it wasn't so, but it is."
"The two conversations each lasted about a minute, said Tim O'Brien, a CNN reporter and friend of the Olsons."
However, FBI exhibit P200054 from the trial of Zacarias Moussaoui contradicts the Solicitor General's account. It shows that Barbara Olson made only one phone call — it did not connect, and it lasted for 0 seconds.
Mr. Olson's account appeared on the front page of the Washington Post on September 12, 2001, and is repeated in The 9/11 Commission Report.

9/11 trial: an amicus curiae brief from the 9/11 truth movement?
Amicus curiae is a legal Latin phrase, literally translated as "friend of the court", that refers to someone, not a party to a case, who volunteers to offer information on a point of law or some other aspect of the case to assist the court in deciding a matter before it. The information may be a legal opinion in the form of a brief, a testimony that has not been solicited by any of the parties, or a learned treatise on a matter that bears on the case. The decision whether to admit the information lies with the discretion of the court.

The 14 Israeli art students were in the WTC towers
In January, 2001, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Security Programs (IS), began to receive reports of Israeli art students attempting to penetrate several DEA Field Offices in the continental United States. Additionally, there have been reports of Israeli art students visiting the homes of numerous DEA employees. These incidents have occurred since at least the beginning of 2000, and have continued to the present.

United Airlines Flight 175: Questions raised about flying a Boeing 767 at the speeds reported
Pilots For 9/11 Truth have recently analyzed data provided by the National Transportation Safety Board in terms of a "Radar Data Impact Speed Study" in which the NTSB determines speeds of 510 knots and 430 knots for United 175 (South Tower) and American 11 (North Tower), respectively.
Pilots For 9/11 Truth conclude that, "It is impossible for the alleged United 175 to achieve the speeds reported by the NTSB using EA990 as a benchmark."

BOOK REVIEW: 'The Ground Truth: The Untold Story of America Under Attack on 9/11'
“The Ground Truth: The Untold Story of America Under Attack on 9/11,” by John Farmer — senior counsel to the 9/11 Commission, claims that the government presented a “fundamentally false version of events”. If this leads some to believe that Mr. Farmer will present the true version of events, they will be disappointed.
What the book does is expose the shortcomings of the government’s response to the hijackings on 9/11. Mr. Farmer does not question the identity of the hijackers although several were later reported by British newspapers as being alive.
He accepts the official version that 9/11 was directed by Osama Bin Laden although Bin Laden himself denied that to a Pakistani newspaper, and the FBI says they have no hard evidence against Bin Laden. They do not even mention 9/11 in their "Most Wanted Terrorists" poster of Bin Laden!
Mr. Farmer’s book basically describes how the hijackers were able to penetrate multiple layers of U.S. security: National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, FBI, the State Department’s visa offices, and airline screening.
His book may be useful to those wishing to “reinvent government.” Until that is done, says Farmer, the passage of new statutes, or the creation of new procedures, or the creation of the Department of Homeland Security leaves the U.S. vulnerable to “terrorist” attacks.
Mr. Farmer does not address the mounting evidence that the twin towers and Building 7 of the World Trade Center were demolished with explosives. He does seem to admit that United Airlines Flight 93 may have been shot down, but he makes no reference to the lack of hard evidence that American Airlines Flight 77 struck the Pentagon.
Indeed his failure to address the evidence is particularly striking where he refers to the phone calls made by the passengers and crew of Flight 93 and Flight 77.

Israel and 9/11
The greatest threat to world peace is not terrorists. The greatest threat is the US-Israeli relationship. In the same way that a decade of pre-staging was required to plausibly induce the US to invade Iraq, a similar strategy is now underway to persuade the US to invade Iran or to support and condone an attack by Israel.

City of New York concedes 9/11 coalition has 30,000 valid signatures for a referendum
In a last minute decision, lawyers for the City of New York have conceded that the New York City Coalition for Accountability Now (NYC CAN), a group comprising 9/11 family members, first responders and survivors, indeed did submit over 30,000 valid signatures to put the referendum for a new 9/11 investigation before the voters of New York City this November.

On September 11, 2001, there occurred five events which, as far as we know, are unique in world history. According to official accounts:
At 9:59 A.M., 110-story Two World Trade Center (the South Tower), having been struck by United Airlines Flight 175 at 9:03 A.M., collapsed at near free fall speed.
At 10:28 A.M., 110-story One World Trade Center (the North Tower), having been struck by American Airlines Flight 11 at 8:47 A.M., collapsed at near free fall speed.
The 110-story North and South Towers remained standing after being struck by Boeing 767s. They collapsed — we’re told — due to fire. No steel frame tower has collapsed due to fire, neither before 9/11 nor since 9/11.
At 9:38 A.M., American Airlines Flight 93, a Boeing 757, struck the Pentagon at 530 mph, and unlike other aircraft disasters, disappeared leaving no identifiable fuselage, wings, or tail outside.
At 10:03 A.M., United Airlines Flight 93, a Boeing 757, crashed in a field in Pennsylvania leaving a crater about the size of a large automobile, debris scattered over a few miles, and unlike other aircraft disasters, only tiny pieces “no larger than a phonebook” at the site of the crash.
At 5:20 P.M., 47-story Seven World Trade Center collapsed at near free fall speed. The 9/11 Commission chose not to even mention its collapse in their final report.

Appeals court rules against Ashcroft in 9/11 case
A federal appeals court delivered a stinging rebuke Friday to the Bush administration's post-Sept. 11 detention policies, ruling that former Attorney General John Ashcroft can be held liable for people who were wrongfully detained as material witnesses after 9/11.

FEMA videographer at Ground Zero goes public
There were many things, in hindsight, that were disturbing at Ground Zero. It was odd to me that I was dispatched to go to New York even before the second plane hit the South Tower, while the media was still reporting only that a “small plane” had collided with the North Tower — far too small of a catastrophe at that point to involve FEMA . FEMA was mobilized within minutes, whereas it took ten days for it to deploy to New Orleans to respond to Hurricane Katrina, even with abundant advance warning! It was odd to me that all cameras were so fiercely prohibited within the secured perimeter of Ground Zero, that the entire area was declared a crime scene and yet the “evidence” within that crime scene was so rapidly removed and destroyed. And then it was very odd to me when I learned that FEMA and several other federal agencies had already moved into position at their command center at Pier 92 on September 10th, one day before the attacks!

We are asked to believe that all four of the “indestructible” black boxes of the two jets that struck the twin towers were never found because they were completely vaporized, yet I have footage of the rubber wheels of the landing gear nearly undamaged, as well as the seats, parts of the fuselage and a jet turbine that were absolutely not vaporized. This being said, I do find it rather odd that such objects could have survived fairly intact the type of destruction that turned most of the Twin Towers into thin dust. And I definitely harbor some doubts about the authenticity of the “jet” turbine, far too small to have come from one of the Boeings!
. . . When the North Tower fell, the US Customs House (Building 6) was crushed and totally incinerated. Much of the underground levels beneath it were also destroyed. But there were voids. And it was into one of those voids, recently uncovered, that I descended with a special Task Force to investigate. It was there we found the security antechamber to the vault, badly damaged. At the far end of the security office was the wide steel door to the vault, a combination code keypad in the cinderblock wall beside it. But the wall was cracked and partially crumbled, and the door was sprung partially open. So we checked inside with our flashlights. Except for several rows of empty shelves, there was nothing in the vault but dust and debris. It had been emptied. Why was it empty? And when could it have been emptied?

9/11: The official account of Flight 77 defies the laws of science
"The official account of Flight 77 on September 11, 2001 defies the laws of science," says Mr. Enver Masud — an engineer.
Calculations based on its Flight Data Recorder (FDR), prove that American Airlines Flight 77 could not have struck the Pentagon in the manner described in official reports.
Given the topography, and the flight path defined by the FDR data provided by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), anyone competent in geometry and physics can calculate the force exerted on “Flight 77” when it would have to transition from its downward path to level flight prior to striking the Pentagon.
Reconstructing Flight 77’s path from the FDR data is not a trivial exercise. It requires expensive software, and details of the topography below the alleged flight path. Pilots for 9/11 acquired the software, and painstakingly drew the topography to simulate “Flight 77’s” path.
From the flight path information provided by Pilots for 9/11 Truth, we calculate a downward force on “Flight 77” of 33 times the force of gravity, i.e. 33 Gs, when the aircraft would have to transition from its downward path to level flight about 200 yards in front of the Pentagon.
The Boeing 757 would act as if it had increased its weight by 8,276,850 lbs, or 32 times its normal weight.
Flight 77 could not possibly survive this G-Force.
Had Flight 77 attempted this maneuver, it would have crashed on the lawn in front of the Pentagon — the pilot would not have been any condition to fly with "the top of the fuselage of the aircraft no more than 20 ft above the ground" (Pentagon Building Performance Report, p14).
Therefore, Flight 77 could not be the object seen flying level across the Pentagon lawn at "530 miles per hour" (The 9/11 Commission Report, p10) in the Pentagon security camera film.
This single fact — the G-Force on “Flight 77” — is sufficient to refute the official account of Flight 77.

Scientist changes mind on cause of WTC collapse
Dr. Frank Greening has apparently changed his mind regarding the cause of collapse of the World Trade Center.
On March 1, 2005, Dr. Greening wrote: "An analysis of the energetics of the WTC collapse events has shown that the kinetic energy of the aircraft collisions and the subsequent gravitational energy released by the descending blocks of floors were quite sufficient to destroy the twin towers in the manner observed. The use of explosive devices in either of the two towers is not necessary to explain the collapse events and is considered to be highly unlikely."

NSA Security running amok to plug leaks about 9/11
WMR has learned that the National Security “Q” Group, responsible for security, has grown to an immense security and counter-intelligence force, with an estimated one thousand government employees, contractors, and paid informants. My varied work experience has taught me how to sift through complex, conflicting facts and opinions to arrive at defensible conclusions. I challenge the 9/11 Commission to defend theirs.
I managed the National Power Grid Study (directed a couple of dozen, multidisciplinary teams — total 150 persons), and the National Electric Reliability Study for the U.S. Department of Energy. I also set up and directed the Operations Review Division at the Iowa Commerce Commission. I’ve consulted for the U.S. Agency for International Development, and the World Bank — in Albania, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Indonesia, Latvia, Pakistan, Russia, and Tanzania.
I was recently on a three week lecture tour of South Africa speaking before hundreds every day, interviews on radio and television, etc. Virtually all who listened came away sharing my conclusions. The U.S. embassy declined an invitation from SAfm to rebut me.

When did Fort Meyer Fire Department Foam Unit 161 arrive at the Pentagon on September 11, 2001?
When did Fort Meyer Fire Department (FMFD) Foam Unit 161, and Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority (MWAA) Foam Unit 331, arrive at the Pentagon on September 11, 2001, and why does it matter?
National Airport's aircraft rescue firefighters (ARFF) foam units "knocked down the bulk of the fire in the first seven minutes after their arrival," said Captain Michael Defina, who was the shift commander that day at Reagon National Airport (National Fire Protection Association Journal, November 1, 2001—original removed, but available elsewhere).
Captain Defina, who had been at the site of a motor vehicle accident, arrived at the Pentagon "two to three minutes" after he "saw a smoke plume arise" from the Pentagon.
FMFD Unit 161 at the Pentagon before Flight 77 strike?
"Captain Defina drove onto the heliport and directed Foam Unit 331 to set up there, where Fort Myer Rescue Engine 161 had established a hydrant water supply. The only other firefighting apparatus he saw on the west side was Arlington County's Engine and Truck 105 on the far north end. Their crews went into the building to conduct search and rescue."
From the photo and diagram above, it appears that the crew of Engine 161 are seen entering the Pentagon's heliport side entrance (shown in the diagram at bottom center). Engine 161 is just left of the entrance. The gap in the Pentagon wall after the collapse of its roof would be on the right—either on the edge, or just off the photo.
"While Foam Unit 331 hit the fire with foam from its roof and bumper turrets, Rescue Engine 335's four-person crew used hand lines in an attempt to control the fires".

The debris seen in the photo of Foam Unit 161 is consistent with an explosion inside the Pentagon. The fires in the photo below appear to have started after Unit 161 arrived, and not the fire "knocked down . . . in the first seven minutes after their arrival" by the crew of Unit 331.
At the Dept. of Defense News Briefing on September 12, 2001, when asked about the "small pieces of the plane virtually all over, out over the highway, tiny pieces", Arlington County Fire Chief Ed Plaugher responded, "I'd rather not comment on that."
Arrival time for Foam Units 161 and 331 are not included in the Arlington County After-Action Report timeline (Appendix 1). Foam Units 161 and 331 are not mentioned in The 9/11 Commission Report.

National Airport's aircraft rescue firefighters (ARFF) foam units "knocked down the bulk of the fire in the first seven minutes after their arrival," said Captain Michael Defina, who was the shift commander that day at Reagon National Airport (National Fire Protection Association Journal, November 1, 2001—original removed, but available elsewhere).
Captain Defina, who had been at the site of a motor vehicle accident, arrived at the Pentagon "two to three minutes" after he "saw a smoke plume arise" from the Pentagon.
"Captain Defina drove onto the heliport and directed Foam Unit 331 to set up there, where Fort Myer Rescue Engine 161 had established a hydrant water supply. The only other firefighting apparatus he saw on the west side was Arlington County's Engine and Truck 105 on the far north end. Their crews went into the building to conduct search and rescue."
From the photo and diagram above, it appears that the crew of Engine 161 are seen entering the Pentagon's heliport side entrance (shown in the diagram at bottom center). Engine 161 is just left of the entrance. The gap in the Pentagon wall after the collapse of its roof would be on the right—either on the edge, or just off the photo.
"While Foam Unit 331 hit the fire with foam from its roof and bumper turrets, Rescue Engine 335's four-person crew used hand lines in an attempt to control the fires".

Let's contruct a timeline of events at the Pentagon, and see if it tells us anything.
9:29 - Flight 77 is at 7000 feet, 38 miles west of the Pentagon (9/11 Commission Report, p9).
